It is once again a pleasure to invite you to
participate in the Las Vegas 3rd Annual 2008 CultureFest
on September 12, 13, & 14. With over 25,000 people in
attendance, last year’s event was such a success that we
were encouraged to do three days for this year’s
CultureFest celebration on the Fremont Street
Experience.
The Las Vegas 2008 CultureFest is like no other in the
State of Nevada as it celebrates all cultures through
food, entertainment, and specialty gifts, giving Las
Vegas locals and visiting tourists more added value than
any other event in the state. CultureFest will once
again highlight its annual golf cart parade which
features carts that are decorated by students at our
local schools. This event brings the whole family out
to celebrate the rich diversity of cultures.
There will be a mandatory vendor meeting to go over all
of the regulations to ensure a successful and safe
Fremont Street Experience event.
Please fill out your vendor application form and send
money orders only to the address indicated. We want to
take this time to thank all of you who have participated
in our Culturally Diverse Advertising (CDA)/Media
Relations, LLC events in the past. Your interest and
needs are at the top of our list of priorities and we
are happy to announce that Channel 13 has committed to
television commercial time and on-site remote to bring
the masses to our CultureFest 2008 event. Below are
times of your vendor booth operations for the Las Vegas
2008 CultureFest.
SEPTEMBER 12, 2008
LOAD IN FOR LARGE VEHICLES FIRST AT
7:00 AM UNTIL 9:00 AM)
LOAD IN FOR AVERAGE SIZE VEHICLES: 9:00 AM UNTIL 12:00

AFTER LOAD IN, ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OFF THE FREMONT
STREET EXPERIENCE’ MALL BY 12:00 PM EVERY DAY OF THE
EVENT.
OPEN TO THE PUBLIC FROM 2:00 PM UNTIL 11 PM.
IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT VENDORS CAN LEAVE THEIR BOOTH
SET UP OVER NIGHT AT YOUR OWN RISK. MINIMUM SECURITY
WILL BE PROVIDED ON FREMONT STREET.
