Our “Dare to Dream” teen independence program is designed to encourage the personal development of at risk teens and offers individual service plans to empower youth to build and maintain healthy relationships. We believe that all youth deserve the opportunity to realize their dreams, and achieve their goals. Safe housing, counseling, and appropriate referral and follow-up services are delivered in a responsive, caring, and supportive environment.
